Mountain Horse has just launched its stunning new Autumn Winter range, and to coincide with the clothing arriving in British retailer outlets we send out a series of product releases to the consumer and trade press.
Based in Sweden, the brand is all about quality boots, riding wear and leatherwork. It’s feet first with the Snowy River range – think cozy toes and warm feet in these faux fur-lined boots (RRP £299) that have a waterproof foot part and are also lined with Thinsulate. They’re a proper winter boot that combine beauty and functionality and are also available in laced (RRP £159) jodhpur (RRP £149) and paddock boots (RRP £159) and are available in black or brown sizes 36-43.
There’s a whole new collection of winter coats to choose from to keep you snug, warm and super stylish, whatever the weather. The Silver Hybrid Coat (RRP £159) is something completely different with its sporty design that’s water repellent and made of softshell and warm padded quilted fabric for extra warmth. It comes in navy, with the Jacket (RRP £129), also available in cranberry red.
The first chills of autumn calls for a vest that is functional and high performing, and looks great while you’re riding, or doing the weekly shop. The Lauren Down Vest (RRP £199), comes in deep blue or dark brown, and with its faux fur at the hood adds an elegant touch of glamour. It has a water-repellent finish and its down and feather filling will keep you warm. The Beverly Vest (RRP £89) has wrap-around collars and off-set zips to give a beautiful feminine shape, and they come in black, cranberry red and foggy navy.

For a sporty, casual and stylish look the Jean W’s Padded Blazer (RRP £119) is a twist on a modern classic that’s padded for extra warmth. It comes in a classic deep blue colour.
The ever-popular classic Amber Jacket (RRP £199) has been updated. It’s a super riding jacket that’s waterproof, warm and breathable. What’ s more its feminine cut means you’ll look great, whatever the weather.
For a longer coat, the Adventure Parka (RRP £159) in navy bliss is 100 per cent waterproof with button up side vents and YKK® main zipper for extra comfort and freedom of movement in the saddle, and a detachable and adjustable hood for better sideways visibility.
Layering is the key to staying snug whether you’re on the yard or on your horse. The Heat Tech polo (RRP £44) is performance clothing at its best with a super soft inside and moisture wicking material. It’s functional and great for keeping warm, but also ticks all the boxes for keeping you on trend this autumn.
